The Project Manager will manage a multi-discipline team of Engineers and Contractors, as well as managing all elements of planning, control, targets, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing industrial projects under JCT contracts and will provide highest professional standards, building strong, honest and long-lasting relationships with satisfied customers.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Managing projects from installation to completion, including overseeing all design packages and industrial installation.
· Engaging and liaising with design team and clients
· Development and implementation of project execution plans, programme, procurement strategy and appointment of contractors
· Contract administration & supervision
· Management of subcontractors and functional procedures for purchasing and budget
· Control of income and expenditure.
· Control of site activates top ensure all works are progressing in a timely manner.
· Managing all QA processes.
· Manage all HSE commitments and management systems.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
· A minimum of BEng(Hons) in Engineering or relevant technical subject.
· A Professional Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) a minimum
· Member of Association of Project Managers (MAPM)
· 5 years' experience in a similar role with experience of construction works
· Experience of managing projects in the industrial, construction or power industries.
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent communication skills

As Senior Civil & Structural Engineer your role is focused on the technical management and delivery of a wide range of projects to the highest quality and to budget. The projects vary across the residential, commercial, education, industrial, and defence sectors.
Your key responsibilities within this role are to provide leadership to junior staff and provide technical support on assigned projects to ensure the successful delivery of key building & infrastructure schemes. You will collaboratively work with other design team members and have opportunities to work on a wide variety of schemes and innovative, technically challenging work.
About You
Essential Requirements:
Chartered or Near Chartered Engineer with relevant degree from an ICE/IStructE approved course with a minimum of 5 years commercial/industrial experience within an Engineering Consultancy
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in designing to client quality objectives and leading the delivery of multidisciplinary projects at a design manager/coordinator level.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Confident liaising with new and existing clients
Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
Strong commercial awareness, and confident dealing with and fulfilling client requirements
Experience managing complex projects, using resources from both local and regional teams
Thorough working knowledge of structural analysis and design with steel, concrete masonry and timber
A good knowledge of relevant design standards (British Standards & Eurocodes, DMRB, Manual for Streets and local design guidance)
Residential and commercial building design experience
SUDs Design experience and experience of SAB application process
Through working knowledge of local authority and drainage adoption processes (Section 104, Section 185, Section 38, Section 278)
Highway design specialisms, such as street lighting, drainage and traffic signals – desirable
Excellent knowledge and experience of computer aided design software (STAADPro, Bentley SewerGems, AutoCad, Scale/Sand)
Knowledge of MS Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat essential. Knowledge of MS Sharepoint desirable

· Hold either an ONC/OND or HNC/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering
To be considered for this Senior Civil & Structural CAD Technician role you will:
· Minimum of 5-10 years' experience within a consultancy-based role.
· Have experience of managing a team of CAD Technicians.
· Have experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry
· Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD with proven track record in delivering high standards of draughtsmanship
· Experience with Revit is desirable though not essential
· Have a driving licence and use of car
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key responsibilities of this Senior CAD Technician role include but not limited to:
· Play an important part in the detailing and modelling of a wide range of building structures projects
· Liaise closely with engineers to ensure accurate drawing representation
· Aid the development of more junior team members
· Carry out steel and concrete layout drawings
· Reinforcement detailing and scheduling
· Aid the development of more junior team members
· Attending Design team meetings
